How long does it take to arrive?
Allow 16 to 24 days from approving your digital preview to delivery. Crafting takes 7 to 10 days, then standard shipping takes 7 to 10 business days. Order sooner and it simply arrives sooner.
Do I need a photo of them already wearing the costume?
No. That is the whole point. Send one clear photo of the face, pick any look on this page, and our artists hand finish the costume onto the figure. Nobody has to dress up or buy anything.
Will I see the design before you make it?
Yes, always. Once our artists build your figure we send you a digital preview to approve. Ask for changes at that stage and they are free. Nothing is crafted until you say go.
What kind of photo works best for a custom 3D printed figurine?
A clear, front facing photo with good light on the face works best. Phone photos are completely fine. Avoid heavy shadows, sunglasses and group shots where the face is small.
Should I choose the display figure or the keychain?
Choose the display figure if it will live on a desk, shelf or bedside table. Choose the keychain if you want it clipped to a bag or keys every day. Same face, same hand finished detail, same sizes.
Can you make one of a baby, a toddler or a pet?
Yes to all three. All we need is one clear photo of the face, ideally with the eyes open and looking toward the camera. For pets, a photo that shows the ears and the markings around the eyes works best.
What are the figurines made of, and will they break?
Premium full colour resin. It has real weight in the hand, and the colour is cured into the material rather than painted on the surface, so it will not chip or peel. It is solid, not hollow or soft.
How big is it, and does it come with a base?
Three sizes: 6 cm, 8 cm and 10 cm, roughly 2.4 to 3.9 inches tall. Every display figure comes with a clear acrylic base so it stands securely on its own.
Can I keep it out after Halloween?
Absolutely, and most people do. It is a keepsake with someone's face on it, not a seasonal decoration. The costume is the occasion, but the face is the reason it stays on the shelf.
What if it arrives damaged, or I need to change my photo?
Email us. Photos and details can be updated free within 12 hours of ordering, and if a piece arrives damaged in transit or with a genuine flaw we replace it at no cost. Because each piece is built for one person, orders cannot be cancelled once crafting begins.

There was a small issue with shipping but you guys resolved that very quickly. As you should be able to see from the picture, the figures are not the same size. The girl figure on the right appears to be 8cm while the male on the left is 6cm. Not the end of the world. They were a gift and my girlfriend loves them.

The actual print design of the figures are not bad. It is mostly the finished paint job that is a little disappointing. In the pictures the wording on the shirt and jacket are completely legible, but it didn’t transfer into the paint with the figures. I’m also not sure how much I like the matte finish quality of them, but they are a fun little accessory item. Would I order again? No. Am I ok with what I got? Yeah

This one, went quick. Quality is good, coming from a pic a 3d printed i believe. I like it though, just the price seems a bit high for a max 10cm figures. Would have appreciate bigger for the amount of money it costs. But I am happy with it, nonetheless.

I love how detailed you took everything from the photo I sent you, and turned it into an action figure. Only problem I have is that I wish I could have got it in a bigger size, Like six inches tall like the action figures you buy in stores.
