1. What is the minimum order quantity for bulk custom figurines?+
Fifty units. Orders below 50 units can be placed at standard pricing through the main store, with no inquiry needed.
2. Can each figurine in a bulk order look different?+
Yes. Under Mode B, every person submits their own photo and receives a figurine modelled individually from that image. There is no limit to how many unique pieces sit inside one order.
3. Can you add our company logo to custom figurines?+
Yes. Logos can be applied to the base, the packaging, or both. Send your logo file with the inquiry and your account manager will confirm the best placement for the product you choose.
4. How long does a bulk order take?+
Timelines depend on the quantity, the product and how much customization each piece needs. Your account manager confirms an exact schedule in your quote within 24 hours. If you have a fixed event date, say so in your first message and we will build the plan around it.
5. Do you provide a sample before a large order?+
Yes. Once we agree to work together, we produce a sample for your approval and revise it until it matches what you want. Full production only starts after you are satisfied.
6. What payment methods do you accept for corporate orders?+
Formal invoices, purchase orders and bank transfers are all supported, and payment terms are available for established business accounts. Tell your account manager what your procurement process requires and we will work to it.
7. Can you ship to each employee separately?+
Yes. Per recipient direct shipping is available, so each person receives their figurine at their own address. Provide the address list with your order and we handle the rest, with tracking on every parcel.
8. How do we collect photos from a large team?+
We provide a shared upload folder and a short photo guide you can forward to participants. Most teams send one link to everyone and let people upload directly, which avoids an inbox full of attachments.
9. What photo quality do you need?+
A clear, well lit photo where the face is fully visible. Any modern smartphone is fine. If a submitted photo is not usable, we flag it before production rather than guessing.
10. Is custom packaging available?+
Yes. Branded gift boxes and custom inserts are available from 100 units, and white label packaging with no SnapFig branding is available from 200 units.
11. What happens if a piece arrives damaged?+
We replace it free of charge. Any item damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect is remade and reshipped at no cost to you.
12. Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, worldwide. Shipping cost and estimated transit time are included in your quote, and we work with customers across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
