Snapfig didn't begin in a factory, but with our founder, Feihu. He watched his most cherished digital photos milestones, cosplay, loved ones fade into the endless scroll of a phone gallery. He realized: in a world obsessed with the digital, these memories lacked weight, permanence, and warmth.

Can I get a figurine made of myself?

Yes. Upload one clear photo and our artists sculpt a figurine from it, matching your face, hair, outfit and posture. Every piece is made to order, so no two are ever identical.

Can you make a figurine of my pet?

Yes. Dogs, cats, rabbits and birds are among the most requested, and our artists work from your photo to match fur markings, colouring and posture. Pet pieces are available as figurines, keychains and collar charms.

How many people can one figurine include?

Up to two. A single piece can hold one person, two people, or one person with one pet. For a whole family, most customers order one figurine per person and display them together, adding a new one each year.

Can I see my figurine before it is made?

Yes, and it costs nothing. After you upload your photo our artists build a digital preview and send it over for your approval, and revisions at that stage are free. Nothing enters production until you approve it.

What do I need to send you to get started?

One clear photo. You do not need a design brief or a finished concept, just choose the product and style on its page and upload the image. A front facing, well lit photo gives our artists the most detail to work from.

How long does a custom piece take?

Crafting takes 10 to 15 business days after you approve the preview, plus 7 to 15 business days of shipping to the US and EU. VIP Expedited Crafting, available at checkout, removes 3 to 5 business days from the crafting stage.

Can I change my photo or details after I order?

Yes, within 12 hours of placing the order. Contact support inside that window and we will update your photo or details free of charge. After 12 hours the piece is already in production and changes are no longer possible.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We remake it free of charge. Send us a photo of the damage and we will produce and reship the piece at no cost, and the same applies to any manufacturing defect. Because every piece is made for one person, we do not offer refunds for subjective reasons such as changing your mind.

What can you make besides figurines?

Keychains, bag charms, relief photo pins, fridge magnets, embossed phone cases, plush dolls, car ornaments, pet collar charms and embossed photo frames. All of them start from the same place, a photo you upload. The full range is in our catalogue.

Where is SnapFig based and where do you ship?

Hong Kong. SnapFig operates from Wan Chai, Hong Kong, and ships worldwide, with standard delivery to the US and EU taking 7 to 15 business days once crafting is complete.

Do you take team or company orders?

Yes, from 50 units. Corporate gifts, employee recognition and event awards are handled by a dedicated business team, with volume pricing and invoicing available. Details are on our wholesale page.
