At SnapFigures, we are dedicated to delivering your unique 3D creations to your doorstep, no matter where you are in the world. As our products are 100% custom-made, we want to be transparent about how long it takes to craft and ship your order.
1. How It Works: Production + Shipping
Unlike mass-produced items, your SnapFigure is made to order. Please calculate your total delivery time as:
Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Step 1: Production Time (3-7 Business Days)
Since you preview and approve your design at checkout, our team starts the 3D modeling and printing process immediately. Every figure then undergoes polishing and strict quality inspection. (Exception: If you contact us for special manual adjustments after ordering, production time will start only after your final approval.)
Step 2: Shipping Time (7-15 Business Days)
Once crafted, your package is handed over to our global logistics partners.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $59.99. For orders under this amount, or if you need your SnapFigure faster, we offer the following options:

- The "Estimated Shipping Time" refers to the time in transit after the product leaves our facility (excluding production time).
- Specific delivery times may vary slightly depending on your destination (e.g., remote areas) and local customs processing.
- During peak holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, Valentine's Day), delivery carriers may experience slight delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

4. Customs & Duties
- USA & Australia: Typically, no customs duties are charged for standard personal orders.
- International (EU/UK/CA/Others): While rare for small packages, international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Important Notes
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot change the address once the package is in transit. If you need to update it, please contact us at support@snapfigures.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
