How accurate will the facial features and expressions be?
Highly accurate. Our elite artists manually refine the digital model against your photo, capturing the unique bone structure and subtle expressions of the subject. You review the result before we craft anything.
Can I choose a specific outfit or pose for the statue?
Yes. Our artists recreate the exact outfit and pose shown in your primary reference photo. If you want a specific uniform, suit, or accessory, make sure it is clearly visible in the images you provide, or describe it in an order note.
What sizes are available, and which should I choose?
Four sizes: 8 cm (3.15 in), 10 cm (3.93 in), 12 cm (4.72 in), and 15 cm (5.91 in). The 8 cm suits a desk or bookshelf. The 12 cm and 15 cm carry real presence and work best as a mantlepiece or cabinet centerpiece. For a once-in-a-career gift, most customers choose the 15 cm.
Why is the realistic style more of an investment than standard figurines?
Time. A realistic custom statue requires hours of dedicated manual sculpting that stylized figures do not. Our artists refine the facial structure, expression, and clothing textures until the likeness holds up under close inspection. You are paying for artisan hours, and it shows.
Can you sculpt my dog or cat in this realistic style?
Yes. Choose the 1 Pet option and we apply the same standard: fur direction, markings, the exact set of the ears. A realistic custom pet sculpture is one of the most requested memorial and tribute pieces we make.
Can you make a realistic couple statue for a wedding or anniversary?
Couple statues are available as a special commission. Because two figures in one realistic piece doubles the sculpting work, contact our team via email or WhatsApp with your photo for a personal quote before ordering.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, high-resolution photo taken in good lighting. A front-facing view where the face and hair are fully visible gives our artists the most to work with. Additional angles help, and heavy filters hurt.
What exactly arrives in the box?
Your finished statue, a crystal-clear acrylic display case, a sturdy display base, and a customized photo stand, all packed in an impact-resistant luxury gift box. It is ready to present the moment it arrives.
Do I get to approve the design before production?
Always. We send a digital preview of the sculpted model and revise it until you confirm the likeness is right. Production only begins after your approval.
How long does it take?
Production takes 7 to 10 days of dedicated sculpting and hand-finishing. Standard delivery adds another 7 to 10 business days, with free worldwide shipping. For a fixed-date occasion like a retirement party, order at least three weeks ahead.
