What is it made of, and will it survive a child?
Premium durable resin with a full colour cured finish. It is solid rather than hollow and will not fade on a sunny shelf, though it is a keepsake rather than a toy.
Will it arrive before Halloween?
Yes, if you approve your digital preview by October 6. Crafting takes 7 to 10 days from the moment you approve, and standard shipping takes another 7 to 10 business days. Order later and it becomes a November keepsake, still at Halloween pricing until November 15.
What if I do not like the preview, or need to change my photo?
Reply and tell us what to change. Our artists adjust the preview and send it back, and photos or order details can be swapped free of charge within 12 hours of ordering. Nothing is crafted until you approve.
Can I use a different photo for each piece?
Yes. Each piece is built from its own photo, so a set for three children uses three separate faces, and a child plus the family dog works the same way.
